At NOMADchef, we’re committed to the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty — completely free — when you register your product after purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use.
Product registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase in order for the warranty to be valid.
What's Covered
Our warranty includes protection against:
- Manufacturing faults
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues occurring under normal domestic use
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Discoloration, stains, or cosmetic issues
- Damage caused by overheating or improper use
- Products not used or maintained according to care instructions
- Products modified or repaired by third parties
- Products purchased as pre-owned, refurbished, or from unauthorized resellers
Warranty Period
Your warranty is valid for 2 years from the original date of purchase. If your product is replaced during this period, the replacement is only covered for the remainder of the original warranty term.

Need to Make a Claim?
If you need to make a warranty claim, please ensure your product is registered and have the following information ready:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Photos or video showing the issue
- Any batch code printed on the product (if applicable)
If your product was purchased through a retail partner, please contact them directly during the first 12 months of the warranty.
