Returns & Refunds
If you need to make a return, you have 30 days from your purchase date to send the item(s) back to us for a full refund. All returned items must be in are saleable condition and in their original product packaging.
Returns Procedure
- Click the 'Start Return' button below to open our returns portal.
- Enter your order number and email address — the order number can be found in your confirmation email (e.g., Order #123456).
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and provide the reason for return. For damaged or faulty items, you’ll be asked to upload a photo.
- Choose your return method — most customers select the QR code option (no printer required).
- Your unique QR code or shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
- Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and present your QR code.
- Track your return status using the tracking link sent to you.
- We will process your refund within 14 working days of receiving the item(s).
