Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day refund window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

 

To start, please use our Return self-service portal:

            Have your order number and the email used at checkout ready.

Eligibility

  • To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Bundles or promotional sets must be returned as a complete set.

 

Damages & issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Start a request in the portal and upload photos so we can make it right quickly.

 

Non-returnable items

  • Final-sale items, gift cards, and items that are used or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

  • If you want a different color or size (when available), choose Exchange in the portal. If the exchange isn’t available, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If applicable, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
