If you need to make a return, you have 30 days from your purchase date to send the item(s) back to us for a full refund. All returned items must be in are saleable condition and in their original product packaging.

Returns Procedure

  1. Click the 'Start Return' button below to open our returns portal.
  2. Enter your order number and email address — the order number can be found in your confirmation email (e.g., Order #123456).
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and provide the reason for return. For damaged or faulty items, you’ll be asked to upload a photo.
  4. Choose your return method — most customers select the QR code option (no printer required).
  5. Your unique QR code or shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
  6. Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and present your QR code.
  7. Track your return status using the tracking link sent to you.
  8. We will process your refund within 14 working days of receiving the item(s).
