United Kingdom: Deliveries within the UK (including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands).

United States: Deliveries within the 50 states (street addresses only).

Canada: Deliveries within Canada (street addresses only).
We don’t ship internationally outside these countries at this time.
Processing Times

- Orders placed after 12:00 (local time) may begin processing the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Address Changes & Order Edits
If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@nomadchef.store as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is processed.
Tracking
- A tracking link is emailed when your parcel ships.
- If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Delivery Restrictions
- We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO (US) or PO Boxes (CA/UK).

UK: No surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands, or Islands.
- We may split shipments at no extra cost if that speeds delivery.
Missed, Delayed, or Lost Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimates above, please email support@nomadchef.store with your order number and we’ll assist promptly. For failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.
Duties, Taxes & Fees

UK: Prices are VAT-inclusive.

USA & Canada: Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. No additional duties are due for domestic shipments.
